The Detroit Pistons look to return top the top of the eastern conference with the additions of former Bulls guard Ben Gordon and Bucks forward Charlie Villanueva. The two former University Of Connecticut college stars look to add plenty of scoring to the once mighty Pistons who were swept rather easily by the Cleveland Cavaliers during this past year’s playoffs.

The deals are not officially just an agreement in principal but the two players are expected to sign their contracts soon ecspecially since the contracts according to ESPN.com will have Gordon recieving 5 years $55 million and Villanueva 5 years $35 million.
The signing of Gordon could mark the end of Richard “Rip” Hamilton in Detroit.
So we have hit the half way point of 2009 already and it is only right that I start my new weekly segment called “Top 5 Tuesday’s” and have it based on what I think are the top 5 hip hop/r&b songs in the country.

He was an up and coming actor with the ability to win a Academy Award if he was able to continue and of course probably the most lyrical MC to ever touch a microphne. Sadly his life ended too soon in 1996 but he left us with hundreds of unreleased songs to keep us Tupac fans forever.
As the saga continues with Chris Brown and Rihanna or as I like to call them Ike and Tina ’09 we have yet another person in the mix besides Rihanna’s “good friend” Drake.
Hip Hop artist and Harlem’s own Teyanna Taylor is seen sitting next to Brown being greeted by the Orlando Magic’s now unemployed mascot since the team was eliminated that night from the Finals. So let the rumors begin as to whether or not Teyanna is being used to make Rihanna jealous? or is she Brown’s next victim…….I mean girlfriend.
Today’s birthday is that of actor Neil Patrick Harris who is best known for his role as Doogie Howser or as himself in the Harold & Kumar films. Currently Harris star as the womanizing Barney Stinson on the CBS show How I Met Your Mother and has recently made it public to the world that he is indeed homosexual. Harris will always be known as Doogie Howser but for me he is and will forever be the guy that left “love stains” in the back of Harold’s car on the way to White Castles.
The return of the epic character Zack Morris (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) from Saved by the Bell was on full display as he returned to excite an unsuspecting crowd.
